C.O.D. Enhancement Services, available from UPS Capital, is a suite of services that provide C.O.D. customers an alternative to the traditional paper reporting and physical return of C.O.D. checks. UPS Capital processes C.O.D. checks for customers enrolled in these programs and electronically deposits the funds into your bank account of choice, generally 2-3 days after package delivery.
These products provide:

- Reduced internal processing / reconciliation costs

- Ability to reduce the risk of non-payment and insufficient funds

When UPS delivers your C.O.D. package, the driver accepts a money order, business check, personal check, or cashier's check. Two to three business days after package delivery, UPS Capital produces a consolidated statement and provides a deposit into your bank account providing faster cash availability and reducing your internal processing and reconciliation costs.
As a C.O.D. Enhancement Services customer, you can access your UPS C.O.D. remittance statements in a password protected area. Online statements are available approximately two days following package delivery.
Statement Features and Benefits
You can view your statement online, print out a hard copy, or import the data into a spreadsheet for easy analysis and reconciliation. Downloading in a CSV or TXT format eliminates time spent re-keying C.O.D. data.
Statements covering the past 20 days are also available to you for online viewing, printing, and downloading. They are updated daily when there is C.O.D. activity. Now it's easy to know when checks have been posted.
